Kent was the officiant at our microwedding and we couldn’t be more grateful that we found him. Kent took the time over multiple video calls prior to the ceremony to get to know us, and even over video he put us at ease and we could tell how seriously he takes making each couple’s day unique and special. He listened to what we were looking for, gave suggestions as to how best to structure the ceremony, and the day of he made us and our guests smile, laugh, and cry! He also did a great job of explaining the paperwork aspect of things to ensure we had everything we needed the day of. Couldn’t ask for a better person to do your wedding.
An extra shout out to Kent for being super prepared as well – he came with copies of our readings just in case – which ended up coming in handy during the ceremony! Thanks, Kent!

We found Kent through the Knot and when we met him, it felt like we had known him for 100 years. He was so soothing, eloquent, and truly made our ceremony the highlight of our night. My husband and I aren’t super religious and Kent was able to deliver a ceremony that was so special. He helped us with our vows, made us laugh, made us smile, made us cry, and truly was a huge part us starting our lives together. Kent is an expert and we can’t recommend him enough.

Reverend Kent was so wonderful with helping us through every step of our ceremony process. He was able to help us pick readings and gave lots of options and advice for the ceremony format during our meetings leading up to the big day. He is so helpful with small details that you don’t even think about…I didn’t even realize until we got our photos back that he even fixed my train and veil for our recessional!
I had no idea until I saw the photos that you had fixed my dress and veil! You really do think of everything and I loved your face in the recession as well you can see the excitement and I could also see that you instructed my parents and grandmother when to head down the aisle behind everyone-we are so happy we found someone who truly cares about their work and cares about us as a couple and helped so much to let us know what to expect so we were able to be in the moment day of! Thank you!!!

Rev. Kent, From the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much for doing us the honor of marrying us. The ceremony you put together for us and you as a person, are just something we will forever remember & cherish. There was not a dry eye during the ” last single kiss.” We are forever grateful for your words, presence…. and tolerance of that wild heat wave! You are such a special person.
With love & gratitude, Christa & Adam

Rev. Kent was the best. I’m Catholic and my husband isn’t religious. When we got engaged we decided we would have our ceremony at the venue and not at a church. I wanted to make sure that although I was not in a church that my ceremony represented a blend of my beliefs and my husband’s. Rev. Kent met with us and we felt it was an instant match. He did a great job of giving us an idea of what it would be like working with him and we knew he was the one. Its definitely hard at first going into meeting with a complete stranger to officiate your ceremony, but he immediately took that fear away. We met with him once more to customize our ceremony about 2 weeks before our wedding. Our guests gave us many compliments about Rev. Kent. He did a stellar job. I HIGHLY recommend him. Thank you for making our ceremony lovely and the highlight of our wedding day.

From the moment we met Kent we loved him! He was funny and charming and wearing cowboy boots!! I’ll never forget the idea he had to honor our mothers on our wedding day during the ceremony, it was so sentimental there wasn’t a dry eye! Everything about our ceremony was perfect. He spoke with such ease and the pace was perfect. Everyone complimented him and said it was the best ceremony they’d been to. Take the time to meet with him and you’ll understand!!

Rev. Kent was AMAZING. From our very first visit with him at our local Panera, he made us feel comfortable and it was like talking with a long lost friend! He helped us craft the perfect ceremony flow that was short & sweet while still incorporating all the important moments. We added some fun/personal lines to our traditional vows which was very memorable to both our guests and to my husband and I.
The most important piece about Rev. Kent’s ceremonies is that right before he tells the groom to kiss the bride, HE MOVES OUT OF THE WAY! so your photographer can get a great shot of just the two of you and not your officiants head in the middle of your first kiss. This may seem silly but was SUPER important to me because I always found it awkward that the officiant’s head is in the middle of people’s first kiss photo!! He moves slightly to the side by the groomsmen and allows you to have the most picture perfect moment for your first kiss.
Rev. Kent was responsive, professional and an all around good human! We loved working with him and would definitely recommend him to any couple looking to have a flawless ceremony.
Hi Reverend Foster. I was hoping to get in touch with you. Frankie and I just returned from our honeymoon in Maryland yesterday and it was so relaxing and nice to get away. Most of all, I wanted to thank you so much for the wonderful job you did with our ceremony and how beautifully it went. I can now see why you received so many great reviews online. The most talked-about segment was definitely the moment when you brought our mothers up to the altar. Our moms had no idea (which was the goal) and everyone was talking about it afterwards.
Thank you again for making our wedding extremely memorable. I will definitely recommend you to anyone I know who is getting married and in need of an officiant.

As parents of the bride, we can’t thank you enough for the wonderful ceremony you created with Meghan and Shawn. You made it so personal and so special . The “kiss” will always be a extraordinary memory. So many guests made a point of telling us how lovely the ceremony was an how great you were (asking of how we found you – kudos Clayre Cardi from Kaleidoscope). It was just amazing and you made my daughter and her new husband extremely happy and made their love for each other more evident than I ever knew. Your prayer was especially wonderful to us and our family. Thanks again for taking the time to get to know Meghan and Shawn, for being so flexible and for creating lasting happy memories.
I am so happy Rev. Kent was a part of our wedding, and I can’t imagine anyone else leading our ceremony! What a kind, wonderful, thoughtful, helpful person – from day 1 Rev. Kent was amazing to work with and designed our ceremony to be absolutely perfect. From skyping with us from across the country (we live in CA and were planning a wedding in Philly), to meeting with us for coffee when we were in town over the holidays, we felt like we really got to know Rev. Kent throughout this process. He had amazing ideas for our ceremony to make it the exact mix of spiritual and secular we were looking for. His energy and charisma was so memorable for our guests – he created a joyful vibe that truly made the ceremony about my husband’s and my love for each other. We have gotten all kinds of comments about how wonderful and unique the officiant was. On the day of Rev. Kent truly went above and beyond – when a freak storm rolled in minutes before our ceremony he rolled up his sleeves and was so helpful moving things inside to the foyer and keeping us at ease – he was so kind and helpful and he did not have to do that. We ended up having the ceremony in front of a beautiful fireplace with all our friends and family standing around us, and it was intimate and wonderful. Rev. Kent kept everything moving, had the perfect mix of lightness and gravity, and kept the guests fully engaged. Best of all, a surprise for our moms at the end of the ceremony brought everyone to tears!!! I can’t imagine a more beautiful, happy, joyful celebration, and I am so grateful to Rev. Kent for making our day so special! If you are looking for a truly personal ceremony, there is no one better!!!!
Reverend Foster officiated our wedding. When we first met him, he immediately put us at ease. Reverend Foster clearly enjoys what he does and takes the time to get to know the couples he is marrying. He took his time, answered our many questions, and gave us lots of ideas on how to customize the ceremony to fit our personality. His personal service and the attention to detail made our wedding ceremony special. We highly recommend him to anyone who needs an officiant for their wedding.

Rev. Kent Foster,
Rev. Foster was wonderful. My husband and I did not want a “traditional” ceremony with alot of bible and preaching. Rev. Foster happily accomodated us and worked with us to create a beautiful ceremony. We used children’s books as the readings, wrote our own vows and did an unity sand ceremony instead of the traditional candle. It was amazing! We can’t thank him enough. Several of our friends have asked for his information for their upcoming weddings. We would highly recommend Rev. Foster! He helped make our day one that we will remember forever! Catrina & Jeffrey

Dear Reverend Kent,
We are back from our honeymoon in Hawaii and we had a terrific time. We wanted to thank you for helping us plan our ceremony and of course officiating at the wedding. You did a fantastic job and we were so compatible as a team. Our families both enjoyed you very much. All of our guests commented on how special and personalized it was.
Thank you again,
Sincerely, Lauren & Michael
